company is registered in Estonia, we are based in Parnu - our office
is at Tallinna Mnt 8-200. Parnu is the property hotspot known as
Estonia's Summer Capital. We specialise in finding properties in this
particular area, and can also assist clients looking further afield

The
property prices we quote are Euro equivalents of the property asking
prices in Estonian kroons (EEK), rather than an
"all-inclusive" amount, as quoted by some agents. Therefore
you should budget for an additional sum, typically 2-3%, to cover
buying costs and commissions when deciding your price range. This
allows us to offer property to you on the same terms as the local
market. We shall be pleased to estimate these costs on any individual
property well before you make any commitment.
